naturalonly is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase authentication).

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the app, including search queries, products viewed, and items saved. This helps us improve search results and recommendations.

Device Information: We may collect basic device information such as device type, operating system, and app version for debugging and performance purposes.

Subscription Information: Payment transactions are processed entirely by the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card information.

Email Sign-ups: If you sign up for our early access list on naturalonly.app, we store your email address to send you launch notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and improve the naturalonly app and search experience, manage your account and subscription, send you important updates about the app, analyze usage patterns to improve product recommendations, debug technical issues and maintain app performance, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Ever.

3. Affiliate Tracking

When you tap "Shop Now" on a product, you are directed to a third-party retailer through an affiliate link. This link may include a tracking parameter that allows us to receive commission credit if you make a purchase. The retailer may place cookies on your browser per their own privacy policy. We do not receive your payment information or personal details from these transactions — only whether a qualifying purchase occurred.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Your password is never stored in plain text. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Sharing

We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers: We use Supabase for database and authentication, RevenueCat for subscription management, and Apple for payment processing. These providers access only the data necessary to perform their services.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of naturalonly and its users.

Business Transfer: If naturalonly is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Where required by applicable law, we will notify you of any change in ownership or in the uses of your personal information.

We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete Account), or by emailing support@naturalonly.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. You can also request a copy of your data or opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

7. Children's Privacy

naturalonly is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@naturalonly.app.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. 9. International Users

naturalonly is operated from the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the app, you consent to this transfer.

10. Cookies and Tracking

The naturalonly mobile app does not use cookies. Our website (naturalonly.app) may use minimal cookies for basic functionality. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on our website.

11. Third-Party Links

Our app links to third-party retailer websites. These websites have their own privacy policies, which we do not control. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any retailer website you visit through our app.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of naturalonly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
