naturalonly ("we," "us," or "our") is a mobile application that provides a curated search engine for 100% natural fiber clothing products. We connect users with third-party retailers and brands selling natural fiber clothing, including cotton, linen, wool, cashmere, hemp, silk, and alpaca.
By accessing or using naturalonly, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You may use certain features of naturalonly as a guest. To access premium features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
naturalonly offers a free tier and a premium subscription. The free tier is limited to a total of 3 free searches with no ability to save items or access shop links. The premium subscription offers unlimited searches, saved items, and shop links, available at $4.99/month or $19.99/year.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law or App Store policies.
naturalonly participates in affiliate marketing programs. When you tap "Shop Now" on a product and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from the retailer at no additional cost to you. This does not influence which products appear in search results — our AI filter applies equally to all products regardless of affiliate relationship. We only display products that meet our 100% natural fiber standard.
We use automated systems and human review to verify that products listed in naturalonly are made from 100% natural fibers. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of product descriptions provided by third-party retailers. Product availability, pricing, and fiber content may change without notice. Always verify fiber content on the retailer's website before purchase. naturalonly is not responsible for inaccurate product information provided by third parties.
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse engineer or scrape our product database, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, interfere with or disrupt the app or its servers, use automated tools to access the app without our written permission, or resell or commercially exploit any content from the app.
All content in naturalonly, including the wordmark, design, search technology, and curated product database, is owned by or licensed to naturalonly. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. User-generated content (such as saved lists) remains yours; by using the app you grant us a limited license to store and display it for your use.
naturalonly links to third-party retailer websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those websites. Purchases made on third-party sites are subject to those retailers' terms and policies. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a retailer.
naturalonly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that product information will always be accurate. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, naturalonly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless naturalonly, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of naturalonly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
